Black Hill Adrenaline Rafting

Argentina is becoming a favorite setting for adventure lovers who are willing to receive a good dose of pure adrenaline.  Become a protagonist of this beautiful landscape by experiencing an exciting, moderate/hard difficulty rafting adventure in the Mendoza River.  Mendoza River is located in the province of Mendoza, close to the vast mountains and lakes.

Rafting is a team sport, in which the entire crew in the boat row and position themselves in a coordinated manner to balance their weight and stay afloat when going through the river rapids. Beginners are recommended to remain in the center of the boat, where there is less movement. Those who are somehow experienced and prefer to row may stay in the front, whereas the most experienced generally stay at the back.  You will depart from Mendoza City to the town of Potrerillos, in the mountains, to begin the adventure.

A mini course and security talk will be given once you arrive in order to prepare all adventurers and make sure everyone is ready to board.  All needed gear will be provided.

After the lecture, the group will hop on board, grab the paddles and get ready to begin a 20 mile (32 km) route down the Mendoza River.  An experienced bilingual guide will always be on the boat, as well as a support kayak accompanying your group along the way.

After a couple hours of paddling you will make a stop to rest and have lunch in a Riverīs Town and share experiences with your rafting colleagues. After lunch get your gear ready for more excitement, because it ainīt over yet!

Adventure continues immediately. The plentiful river presents ups and downs and unusual sounds.  The inflatable boats go across rock formations of various shapes and colors.  Continue to paddle hard!

The experience will come to an end after 4 full hours of paddling and fun.
